Q. What additional systems support is PALNI considering? (e.g. additional PALNI staffing, third-party systems support)

Support providers will be Equinox & EBSCO for providing training, one-off instruction, and ongoing support for E-resource processes and data connectivity.  Will also continue to leverage Lisa’s expertise for eresource management.
